I made this in Graphics Gale a program for pixel art, I first outlined it, then colored it, shaded, and dithered it, and also added anti-aliasing (manually), it is supposed to be Bjork from her video "All is full of love".

great work on the face, really love how the shading turned out, but i think those mechanical part s could be a little smoother, some look a bit jagged! still awesome work!
